Public Records Request
The California Public Records Act gives every person the right to access SCAG’s public records except those exempt from disclosure by law. To streamline the processing for public records requests, SCAG encourages use of the electronic Public Records Request Form on this page, which will be submitted directly to the SCAG Clerk of the Board. Alternatively, you may request public records in person, by mail, by telephone, or by email. Contact information for making a request using one of these methods can be found at the bottom of this page.
Any disclosable public records in the possession of SCAG will be made available upon advanced payment for costs of duplication, where applicable. If you seek access to view the requested records, please contact the Clerk of the Board at scagclerk@scag.ca.gov to make arrangements for review during regular business hours.
